At, we try our level best that you never need to use this policy. But, still you can return in the following conditions and we will always here to assist you….
- Damage of item during transit.
- Delivered wrong item by mistake.
- Manufacturing defect.
In case of receiving damaged items / defective item / wrong item you may follow below instruction:

The customers are needed to lodge a complaint / returns request within 7 days of delivery of the product for the request to be considered and entertained. In this case, the item will be picked up by the vendor. If vendor doesn’t have Reverse Pick Up facility then you will be requested to send the same to office. For such scenario, shall provide you with an INR 100 voucher as reimbursement of the shipping charges and the inconvenience caused.
